Lang's super soxx 4 ply Mix Tape is the newest sock yarn variety for winter 2024.

The new winter selection from Lang is MixTape. The self-striping sock yarn has splashes of color striped on a dark melange base in a restrained and elegant way. There is a pattern on the belt of the sock yarn for how the sock is striped.

Thin, four-ply Lang's super soxx 4 ply is definitely a classic of sock yarns. An excellent choice for those who value high-quality and durable sock yarn. The yarn is reinforced with polyamide, which brings durability to the socks. The ease of maintenance of the yarn is enhanced by the fact that it can also be machine washed. As a plus, the yarn has a pleasant feel and is easy to knit.

If you want more twist in your woolen socks, you can combine Lang Yarns Super Soxx Color with Lang's Jawoll yarn, which has the same strength. You can use a single color yarn in the heel and toe of the sock, emphasizing the beauty of the gradient yarn.

From one ball of 100 grams, you knit adult socks up to about size 44, women's size M knit is made from about 450 grams of yarn.

The wool comes from Corrierdale sheep living in the natural wildernesses of Chilean Patagonia. Due to scarce food availability, their wool remains white and grows longer than average. Because of this, the yarn withstands the dyeing process well, the colors are brilliant and it does not pill very easily. You can check the origin of the wool by entering the code on the belt into the Trace your yarn search found on the Lang Yarns website .
