1. General

The products in the online store are sold by WoolWomen Oy.

All prices include VAT of 25.5%.

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering is possible for both private and corporate customers, and does not require registration.

An email confirmation will be sent for orders, which serves as a receipt.


2. Ordering and delivery

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours from our warehouse.

If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone.

We deliver products to mainland Finland. You can arrange deliveries abroad separately by email.

Shipping methods and costs:

    • Pick-up from the store: free (you can pick up the package during store opening hours or arrange separately via email).

    • PostNord pickup point/automatic delivery: €5.50 (1–2 business days).

    • PostNord home package: €12.90 (delivery directly to your home).

    • Matkahuolto Lähellä package: €6.50 (1–3 business days).

    • Posti parcel delivery: €9.90 (pickup from a parcel machine or post office).

    • Posti small package: €5.95 (delivery to a mailbox or door, includes tracking).

    • Letter (max 3 cm, 0.05 kg): €3.50 (no tracking, 4–5 business days).


3. Payment methods

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as a payment intermediary in cooperation with banks and credit institutions.

Available payment methods:

  • Online banks (Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, Aktia, POP, Savings Bank, OmaSP, Ålandsbanken, S-pankki, Handelsbanken)

  • Bank and credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express)

  • MobilePay

  • Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay)

  • You can find Klarna payment methods in the online store, and you can check the payment terms on Klarna's website.

  • Note! The invoicer is the creditor.

    Walley Invoice / Installment Payment

    Flexibility and freedom of choice – pay all at once or in installments, at your own pace
    Invoices and overdrafts give you more time to pay for your online purchases. Using them, you can wait for your order to arrive before paying for it. You can pay either all at once with an invoice or in smaller installments with an overdraft, allowing you to pay the amount that suits you best each month and spread the payment over a maximum of 36 months.

    Free payment time with invoice – safe and easy transactions
    With an invoice, you always get 30 days of interest-free payment for your online purchases. The long payment period allows you to check your purchase and, if necessary, return it before the invoice is due.
    To take advantage of the payment period, you need a positive credit decision, which can be easily applied for in connection with the purchase transaction. You can apply for it if you are at least 18 years old and have a Finnish personal identity code and a permanent, official home address in Finland. Your credit information will also be checked from the Bisnode Finland Oy register.

    The payment method can be used for purchases of up to €5,000.
    Once you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase, you will receive an invoice for your purchase by email. If you want to pay the invoice in smaller installments and with a payment term that suits you better (1-36 months), you must sign a credit agreement for continuous credit with Norion Bank AB by logging into My Pages at my.walley.fi. When signing the credit agreement, you will be granted a credit limit that can be used for subsequent purchases in accordance with the credit terms.

    When you have a valid credit agreement, you only have to pay the minimum amount stated on the invoice you receive by the due date, but you can also pay a larger amount if you wish. After that, you will be sent a monthly invoice by email until the credit is fully paid. You can always repay your credit in installments larger than the minimum amount stated on the invoice if you wish.

    Credit costs and credit example: The MERCHANT'S NAME online store applies campaign terms, according to which the interest rate on the overdraft is 19.2% expressed as a nominal annual percentage rate and the monthly payment is €2.95 per month (€3.80 on the first invoice). If the granted credit limit is €1,000 and it is used in full for purchases made in the MERCHANT'S NAME online store and the credit is repaid within 36 months, under the applicable campaign terms the effective annual interest rate is 28.6%, the total credit costs are €403, the total amount payable is €1,403 and the number of payment installments is 36. Late payments will be charged statutory reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest for the delayed period.

4. Returns and cancellations

The customer has a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act.

We charge a return fee of €7.90 for returns.

The right of return does not apply to custom-dyed yarns, electronic instructions, magazines or books.

Knitting needles must be unopened and unused.

The returned product must be intact, unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

Return instructions:

  1. Contact our customer service ( info@woolwomen.fi) ) before returning.

  2. You will receive return instructions and a customer return ID by email.

  3. We will refund the payment to your account/card/creditor as soon as possible after the refund has been received by us.


5. Unclaimed packages

An unclaimed package is not a return.

We charge a €10 handling fee for packages left uncollected.

If the delivery could not be made due to incorrect customer information, resending will cost the normal delivery fee (e.g. €5.50).


6. Transport damage

Please check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.

Record any damage in the consignment note together with the driver.

Report the damage to the transport company and also inform us ( info@woolwomen.fi) ).
