4) Purpose of use of the register

The purpose of processing personal data is primarily the delivery of orders and the investigation of possible problem situations related to them and the management of customer relations. Personal data can also be used for marketing purposes, if the customer has registered for an email list or created a customer account in the online store.

5) Data content of the register

The contact information provided by the customer (name, address, telephone number and email address) as well as the purchased products and services are stored in the customer register. By ordering from our online store, you agree to the registration of data.

6) Data transfer outside the EU or EEA

The administrator of the register does not disclose information to external parties.

7) Rights of the registrant

The registered person has the right to check what information concerning him has been stored in the personal register and to receive a copy of the information. We correct, delete or complete incorrect or unnecessary personal data on our own initiative or at the request of the data subject : info@woolwomen.fi

8) Registry protection

Access to the register always requires entering a username and password. Only employees of the registrar who are responsible for technical or product-specific maintenance can access the information contained in the register stored in the online shopping system.
