Sime sock pattern Worsted PDF

The pattern is written to be knitted in loops, but the socks can also be knitted with double pointed needles. You can carry a contrasting color by twisting it with the main color every couple of rows, this way you minimize the number of yarn ends to tie off. The picture shows socks knitted with sport and worsted yarn.

Sizes S (M) L, foot circumference 18.25 (22) 25.5 cm

Yarn 100-150 g worsted-weight yarn, approx. 200 m/100 g in two colors, main color 50-60 (60-70) 80-100 g and contrast color 25-35 (35-45) 65-80 g. The model socks (size M) are knitted with Lana Grossa Meilenweit 8-fach (80% wool, 20% nylon, 315 m/150 g) in colors 9567 Sand (main color) and 9570 Red (contrast color). The model socks have 9 pattern repeats and each sock used 60 g of the main color and 45 g of the contrast color was sufficient. In size M, the tip uses approx. 5 g, one contrast color stripe approx. 1.5 g and the main color stripe 3.5 g.
