The Ivy Sweater is knitted from top to bottom seamlessly and in one piece. The yoke is worked first with shoulder increases and then with sleeve increases only. The last section is worked with raglan increases on both the body and sleeves. The neckline is shaped with shortened rows. The sleeves are worked in the round with double pointed needles or circular needles, looping.

The shirt has about 12 cm of slack, meaning its circumference should be about 12 cm larger than your chest circumference. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) are designed to fit 75–80

The measurements of the finished shirt are given on the front of the pattern (note that the measurements are only valid if you follow the given knitting density). Measure yourself before starting work so that you know how to choose the right size. Example: if your chest circumference (or the widest part of your upper body) is 90 cm, choose size S. The chest circumference of a size S shirt is 102 cm, so in this case there would be 12 cm of room.
