Joh-thumps are knitted in loops, but you can also knit them with double pointed needles. The thumps have a curved thumb gusset and you can choose between a simple or folded rib.
Sizes S/M (M/L), palm circumference 16.25 (18.75) cm 1 ball Cascade 220 (100% wool, 201 m/ 100 g). The model tumput is knitted in color 9572 Cabernet.
Needles and supplies 3.75 mm circular needle (80 cm or longer) or double pointed needles depending on your hand stitch marker stitch holder or leftover yarn threading needle
Knitting density 22 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm stocking stitch when knitted with thicker needles
You will receive the pattern for free when you order the product package. The product package includes the pattern and one skein of Cascade 220 yarn in the shade of your choice. The Joh set also includes a Joh neck warmer and a Joh beanie.
