Lana Grossan 8 is an 8-strand, durable sock yarn for lovers of thicker wool socks. Of course, the smooth and soft feel of the yarn is perfect for gloves and beanies, for example. Its color scheme is neutral, but you can combine it with Lang's Touring yarn, which opens up the possibility of knitting e.g. colorful heels and sock tips.
The yarn is similar in strength to Novita's 7 Brothers yarn, so you can use the instructions written for it if you wish.
