Lang 's classic Donegal is a wonderfully beautiful 100% merino tweed yarn, and the yarn is charming at first sight. Its Tweed dots are refined and the feel of the yarn is soft and interesting. It is spun and dyed in Ireland according to the old tradition, and due to the traditional production method, the yarn can vary in thickness from sport strength to lace strength, and this gives the yarn an interesting texture, this is a special quality characteristic of the original merino tweed.
Knitting on 3.5-4mm needles, this works with any pattern suitable for DK yarn. You can also combine the yarn with, for example, Lang's Lace yarn, and this way you get yet another dimension to your sweater.
Donegal works in knitwear, scarves and other accessories. Its wonderful color scheme is particularly attractive for embroidery, but the yarn can also be knitted in stockinette or in various surface knits.
Set aside about 300g of yarn for the size M sweater.
