Petiteknit Olga Sweater knitted shirt pattern in Finnish, pattern is sold only in paper and requires postage. Olga Sweater is knitted top down in stockinette stitch and stripes. First, the back yoke is knitted flat and the shoulders are shaped with shortened rows. The stripe pattern starts immediately. The shoulders are knitted flat with circular needles and then joined to form the front piece. The front and back pieces are joined at the armpits, and the body is knitted in the round with circular needles. The sleeves are knitted top down from the stitches picked up from the armholes. Finally, the fold-over neckline is knitted from the stitches picked up.

Size guide

The shirt has about 23 cm of slack in the smaller sizes and gradually less in the larger sizes. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) are designed to fit 75–80 (80–85)

85–90 (90–95) 95–100 (100–110) 110–120 (120–130) 130–140 (140–150) cm chest circumference. The measurements of the finished shirt are given on the front page of the pattern. Please note that the measurements will only match if you follow the given knitting density. Measure yourself before starting work so that you know how to choose the right size. Example: if your chest circumference (or the widest part of your upper body) is 95 cm, choose size M. The chest circumference of a size M shirt is 118 cm, so in this case there would be 23 cm of room left.
