ISAGER Tweed is a fingering-strength, single-ply yarn that combines the rustic feel of wool with the subtle softness and shine of mohair. The yarn's lively surface is created by its fine tweed pile and slight thickness variations, which give the knitwear a hand-spun look. This yarn offers versatile possibilities - it is suitable for both warm everyday sweaters and elegant accessories.

The mohair content makes the yarn particularly pleasant against the skin and adds lightness and durability to the wool without the typical mohair fluffiness. The end result is a discreetly luxurious yet earthy yarn that works great on its own or combined with other yarns, such as Isager Silk Mohair or Alpaca 2.

Danish family business Isager produces high-quality, classically beautiful yarns with particular attention to environmental issues and animal welfare. The yarns are made from high-quality natural fibers and are well suited for knitting, crocheting and embroidery. Some of the yarns are also well suited for machine knitting and felting.

Isager's color charts consist of several colors that harmonize well with each other, making it easy to combine colors and different yarn bases. Undyed yarns are also well suited for dyeing.

Isager Tweed + Alpaca 2: needles 3.5 mm = 20 s / 26 rows
Tweed + Silk Mohair: needles 4 mm = 18 s / 24 rows
