Knit Pro Cubics square replacement heads are laminated and dyed birch. Birch sticks are light, smooth and durable. With sharp tips, you can also knit thin lace threads. Knitting with square needles smooths out the knitting trace a little and does not wear out the joints like round traditional needles.
