Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark,): Delivery via PostNord parcel lockers (indoors or outdoors). Select your pickup location at checkout.
Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and other EU countries: Delivery via local collection points provided by the carrier. Select your pickup location at checkout.

Nordic countries: Sweden, Denmark → 12,90 €
Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania → 12,50 €
Central Europe: Germany, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, → 15,50
Central Europe: Netherlands, Luxembourg →25€
Southern & Western Europe: Portugal, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria → 17,90 €
Southern & Western Europe: France, Spain → 25,90 €

All delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination country and customs procedures:
- Nordic countries: approx. 3–7 business days
- Baltic countries: approx. 5–10 business days
- Central Europe: approx. 5–12 business days
- Southern & Western Europe: approx. 7–15 business days

All international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International returns are customer-paid (the cost of returning the items is borne by the customer), except for faulty or damaged products.
Returns must be notified via email within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

Product Notes:
- Sometimes products may not be available in full quantity from the same dye lot. If there are significant differences, we will inform you before shipping.
- If you have a preference for dye lots, indicate this in the order notes. Please note that this may slightly increase processing time.
- Orders are packed tightly for ecological reasons. Handle packages carefully to avoid damaging the contents.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or local postal services.
