Delivery Methods

  • Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark,): Delivery via PostNord parcel lockers (indoors or outdoors). Select your pickup location at checkout.

  • Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and other EU countries: Delivery via local collection points provided by the carrier. Select your pickup location at checkout.


Shipping Costs (0–3 kg)

  • Nordic countries: Sweden, Denmark → 12,90 €

  • Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania → 12,50 €

  • Central Europe: Germany, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, → 15,50

  • Central Europe: Netherlands, Luxembourg 25€

  • Southern & Western Europe: Portugal, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria → 17,90 €

  • Southern & Western Europe: France, Spain → 25,90 €


Delivery Times

  • All delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination country and customs procedures:

    • Nordic countries: approx. 3–7 business days

    • Baltic countries: approx. 5–10 business days

    • Central Europe: approx. 5–12 business days

    • Southern & Western Europe: approx. 7–15 business days


Customs and Duties

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

  • International returns are customer-paid (the cost of returning the items is borne by the customer), except for faulty or damaged products.

  • Returns must be notified via email within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

     

    Product Notes:

    • Sometimes products may not be available in full quantity from the same dye lot. If there are significant differences, we will inform you before shipping.

    • If you have a preference for dye lots, indicate this in the order notes. Please note that this may slightly increase processing time.

    • Orders are packed tightly for ecological reasons. Handle packages carefully to avoid damaging the contents.

    Carrier Responsibility:

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or local postal services.
